The Food and Agricultural Sciences (FAS) Program
Was developed by Garnish Shanna, Analise Hedi (Teacher) and Sarah Wally in 2015, as a hands-on interactive program to teach children about food and agriculture. Some of the components of the original GAS Program have been repeated through the years by Analise Heidi in continuation of the curriculum. Frequently, Garnish Shanna organizes field trips to Carnegie Institution to promote access to plant and environmental science research.
